Design & Engineering
Every project begins with your drawing, sample, or sketch. Our engineers review feasibility, recommend the right alloy, and confirm tolerances before any tooling begins.
Casting & Forming
We operate in-house sand casting for brass and non-ferrous alloys, controlling pour temperature, mold density and cool-down to produce dense, void-free castings.
CNC & Press
Multi-axis CNC machining, drilling, tapping, milling and press operations bring every component to final dimension—repeatably and to specification.
Finish & Plate
Polishing, vibro finishing, ultrasonic cleaning, electrophoretic coating, manual lacquer, nickel, black nickel and cyanide copper plating—all completed under one roof.

Vendor NetworkBrass Forging

Aluminium & Zinc Die Casting
For complex aluminium and zinc alloy parts, we rely on trusted die-casting vendors who produce precision castings to our specifications. Every batch is inspected on arrival before moving into our machining, finishing, and plating lines.
All vendor partnerships are governed by strict quality agreements and incoming inspection protocols. Whether a component is cast, forged, or die-cast in-house or by a partner, it leaves our facility only after meeting Swaroop Hardware's finish and dimensional standards.
